Creates and executes the following:
- '%TEMP%\Server.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\Server.exe" "Server.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\Server.exe

- DNS ASK mo####da.no-ip.biz
