Creates or modifies the following files:

Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\RECYCLER\S-4-3-14-7062678707-0118673166-810604804-0850\WCNjKCsE.cpl
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
