- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] '14ff8c95ab5d6f68bce2a2642f2ee13a' = '"%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe" ..'
Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\14ff8c95ab5d6f68bce2a2642f2ee13a.exe
Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe' = '%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe:*:Enabled:Chrome.exe'
Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe'
- '%APPDATA%\MXIyZPMsKKEcKl7H2F6W.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\Chrome.exe" "Chrome.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch.new
- %APPDATA%\Chrome.exe
- %APPDATA%\MXIyZPMsKKEcKl7H2F6W.exe
- %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\security.config.cch.new
Moves the following files:
- from %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch.new to %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch
