Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\csrss.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\csrss.exe" "csrss.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\csrss.exe

Connects to:
- 'th####cid.no-ip.biz':1232
UDP:
- DNS ASK th####cid.no-ip.biz
