Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\9248c52010db430a95d0583c3c13e17a.exe
Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%APPDATA%\zerl.exe' = '%APPDATA%\zerl.exe:*:Enabled:zerl.exe'

Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\zerl.exe" "zerl.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
