Executes the following:

Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch.new
- %TEMP%\encycolpidiyA©.exe
- %WINDIR%\4msWnf4IvcuKvGezBlwu.exe
- %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\security.config.cch.new
Moves the following files:
