Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Reboot' = '%HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\REBOOT.EXE'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Autorun.inf
Malicious functions:
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\shutdown.exe -s -t 00
Attempts to shut down the Windows operating system.
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\Autorun.inf
- <Current directory>\autorun.inf
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Current directory>\autorun.inf
Miscellaneous:
Searches for the following windows:
- ClassName: 'Indicator' WindowName: ''
- ClassName: 'Shell_TrayWnd' WindowName: ''
