To ensure autorun and distribution:
Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Services Network' = '%WINDIR%\system\Services.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Excel.exe
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- %WINDIR%\system\Services.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\system\Services.exe
- C:\Excel.exe
- C:\Autorun.inf
- %WINDIR%\Win.bmp
- %WINDIR%\system\Internet.tmp
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Autorun.inf
- C:\Autorun.inf
- %WINDIR%\system\Services.exe
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\~DFA2E4.tmp
