Substitutes the following executable system files:

- <SYSTEM32>\dllcache\regedit.exe with <SYSTEM32>\dllcache\regedit.exe.new
- <SYSTEM32>\dllcache\twunk_32.exe with <SYSTEM32>\dllcache\twunk_32.exe.new
