Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'ruyal' = '%HOMEPATH%\ruyal.exe /i'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\ruyal.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
Malicious functions:
To complicate detection of its presence in the operating system,
forces the system hide from view:
- hidden files
Creates and executes the following:
- %HOMEPATH%\ruyal.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\ruyal.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- %HOMEPATH%\ruyal.exe
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'ns#.##ayer1352.com':8000
UDP:
- DNS ASK ns#.##ayer1352.com
- '<Private IP address>':1036
Miscellaneous:
