Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Winupdate' = '<SYSTEM32>\Lsas.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Winupdate' = '<Full path to virus>'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Mirc.exe
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\Lsas.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\win23.txt
- <SYSTEM32>\Lsas.exe
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'ma###.gotdns.com':2185
UDP:
- DNS ASK ma###.gotdns.com
