Creates or modifies the following files:

Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:

- %APPDATA%\VcQ12.exe
- %WINDIR%\mxu5zomEkjwDkPBgLdVq.exe
- %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\security.config.cch.new
Moves the following files:
